Mr. Freedman is a contracts attorney focusing on licensing transactions related to the internet, software, technology, publishing, graphic design, broadcast media and entertainment (film, television, live arts and music).

He is also active with trade associations and other non-profit interests with respect to their acquisition and sale of products and services to generate non-dues revenue.

Mr. Freedman previously spent ten years at Turner Broadcasting in a variety of legal and senior management positions, and played a key role in the domestic and international growth of the company's news and entertainment channels, including CNN, CNN International, Headline News, TNT, Super Station WTBS and The Cartoon Channel.

Mr. Freedman earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Vermont. Mr. Freedman is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
